Hi, I'm Rachel Joy!
Today, I'm a successful Lifestyle Designer, Business Coach, and board recognized and Certified Trainer and Master Coach, guiding soul led leaders to create more personal, time, and financial freedom. While I have a plethora of credentials starting my journey in Health Coaching, Addiction Counseling, Personal Training, NLP, EFT, hypnotherapy and more...I wasn't always this happy, abundant, or crystal clear on my message, my offerings...or WTF I was doing at all, to be fully honest.
I felt frustrated watching other coaches in the industry getting the results I desired. Why were they doing it, but not me? I was good, but not that good.
There was a time when I didn't feel fully confident in my craft.
I would see success in my business, but not the success that I truly desired. I was hitting 5-figure months, but not consistently. I knew what my clients needed, but wasn't able to facilitate their transformation.
I certainly didn't feel like one of the top leaders in my industry, and I knew I was capable of so much more, I just didn't know how to get there, or what that looked like.
I've cried multiple times, felt like giving up over and over again, I've freaked out about failed payments and bills with the crazy investments I've made...and quite honestly I was sick of it. I knew there was a better way.
While healing and growth isn't linear, everything changed for me when I learned how to harness the power and gifts that my certifications in NLP, EFT, TIME Techniques, and clinical hypnotherapy provided, combined with an intense two years of dedicating myself to immersive and experiential learning environments such as retreats, masterminds, high level coaching, and mentors like Tony Robbins and Gabby Bernstein.
When you take these powerful tools to harness the power of your mind to create your dream reality and an identity that serves you, along with immersive environments that promote isolated time to heal, release, grow, connect, and expand in ways you never imagined...well, simply put...MAGIC HAPPENS!
Throughout my own journey, working with my clients, and some market research, I’ve found that there are three groups of people in the coaching industry:
1. Those who are confident and effective coaches and are qualified to facilitate transformation, and as a result have profitable and sustainable businesses.
2. Those who identify themselves as a coach, healer, light worker, service-based entrepreneur, or network marketer, and have a deep desire to create change and make an impact, but lack the confidence, skills, and experience necessary to facilitate deep transformation for their clients and/or team, resulting in less impact and an unstable business model.
3. Those who are an aspiring coach, healer, or light worker, and don’t know where or how to start.
