I'm Rachel Joy, a Lifestyle Designer. Over the years I have gone from train-wreck to transcendence, and it has become my passion to help women do the same! I help women create the life of their dreams through the integration of mind, body, spirit. The trick to any success is to realize that there are several layers of each and everyone of us. When we learn how to integrate the layers of mind, body and spirit, we can then live in alignment with our truth. We are suddenly living in harmony. A place where things, just work; and when times are tough, they don't feel so bad because you've gained a new perspective and tools on how to handle those difficult times.
Anxiety was a big part of my story. It went unnoticed until I was around 9 years old, when I started having panic attacks. I developed social and separation anxiety. This is when it started to get really bad. The only way I can describe it, is that things just never felt okay, and that fear ran my life. Life gives all of us lemons every now and then; and at that point in time, I didn't know how to make lemonade from it. After many years of personal development I have broken free and it is my passion to share with you how you can do the same.
