Meet The Founder 

Hey, I’m Rachel! A mother and wife first, a savvy and action oriented entrepreneur and business owner, and a powerful facilitator of transformational change second. I’m the Founder of Transcend Academy™️, an accredited certification, designed with the high-level support of a business mastermind, and the immersive experience of a spiritual retreat. With an extensive background, with over 10 years of experience in mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness prior, to working my way to becoming a Certified Trainer & Master Coach in Life & Success Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), T.I.M.E. Techniques, Hypnotherapy, and the AWAKEN method™️, and Trauma Recovery Facilitator; a trauma-sensitive and immersive approach to coaching (with a focus on nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, and epigenetics). Business and online marketing also come naturally to me, and I’ve had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside many industry leaders. I take a unique approach to support my clients in generating more freedom in their lives. While we focus on online marketing and business strategy, we spend an equal, if not more, amount of time exploring who you are on an identity level, and make sense of your life's experiences and how they relate to your current reality and results today. I’m extremely passionate about supporting other women (especially mamas) claim your power and become unstoppable in pursuit of your dreams.
